Farewell, Dear Ah Po (Grandma)

Although I cannot see you, be with you,

I feel your presence near.

I will hold you close in memory,

Till I drop my very last tear.

So sleep now with the angels,

And your golden heart let rest.

Although our hearts are broken,

We know GOD took the best.

God saw you getting tired, a cure was not to be.

He wrapped you in his loving arms and whispered ‘Come with me.’

You suffered much in silence, your spirit did not bend.

you faced your pain with courage, until the very end.

You've tried so hard to stay with us but your fight was not in vain,

God took you to His loving home and freed you from the pain.

You leave us on the 16th Jan 2015

It's so hard to say goodbye.. 

How do I say goodbye to what we had? 
The good times that made us laugh 
Outweigh the bad. 

I thought we'd get to see forever 
But forever's gone away
